exists to glorify God by laboring together for the growth of all believers while
going with the gospel locally and globally.

The purpose of our church comes from the divinely-inspired pages of Scripture. God has called a redeemed people to Himself for a specific purpose, and we, as God’s people, are compelled to fulfill God’s purpose for us.

As the saved and redeemed people of God, we have a responsibility to God, our brothers and sisters in Christ, and a lost world. Because we have been saved by God’s mercy, we joyfully gather each Sunday to glorify Him through corporate worship (1 Peter 2:8-9).

Additionally, Christ calls His Church to not only make converts, but to make disciples, teaching them to observe all that He commanded. Therefore, we labor for the growth and maturity of all believers (Col. 1:28-29).

Lastly, Christ has called His Church to be the vehicle for accomplishing His mission in the world. What is that mission? To make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all He commanded. In light of that Great Commission, the Church is tasked with confidently going into the world to share the message of salvation locally and globally (Matt. 28:18-20).

Putting all the pieces together, our church exists to glorify God by laboring together for the growth of all believers while going with the gospel locally and globally.
